I purchase a level 2 trainer for 8,000 on 9/11/09, and he lasted until 9/13/09. I then purchased a level 1 trainer on 9/14/09 and he lasted until 9/16/09. I now am out 11,000 gold and have a level 0 trainer. What is going on?

In the meantime, while you are investigating, my training is terrible because I have a level 0 trainer instead of the level 2 trainer I purchased. How much investigation is needed? How long do I have to wait? Can you remedy the situation, and figure out why it happened later? Thanx, Jeremy.

same like other post, i purchase twice in this 3 weeks, level 4 trainer but now i get LEVEL 0 trainer i have,,

please fix this bug,, just from level 4 trainer skill i purchase for 50000 golds, this is not CHEAP sir,,

admin, you can check it from gold transaction LOG we all have, this menu explain incoming and outgoing gold we use,,

We're quite sorry about the problem. We replaced the employee card you lost. We did another fix with this issue and are actively watching for it.
